"Premier Party for Baby Lo"......

hosted by Chandra Martin(the grandmother-to-be) & Betsy Bryant. The lovely, Ms.Chandra asked me several weeks ago to help make the party a hit.....with my cupcakes:) Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry were requested. "Back to School".....

.......I'm "loving" these adorable BACK TO SCHOOL cupcake wrappers!!! They added a little extra touch to my cupcakes for Ms. Erica Moore. She told me "to just go with it".....so that's basically what I did:) Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Butter cream
Frosting, topped with Multi-Colored Jimmies, then placed into these adorable wrappers and then I added cute, matching cupcake toppers too:)

I hand-cut the pencil sugar cookies, since I didn't have a pencil cutter.

What a cute idea for a "BACK TO SCHOOL" SWIM PARTY:)

.....I love a good one, don't you? Quotes make you think about things, you sometimes don't think about. They can make you feel good, bad, happy, or sad. I love QUOTES!!! I love sending friends quotes, to brighten their day! Whether it's on a post-it note, or in nice stationary......just letting someone know you are thinking about them, can brighten any one's day:)
One of my dearest friends, started me on this tradition many years ago. She helped me through, probably the most difficult time of my life. Besides my good Lord, she inspired me, empowered me, and believed in me, more than anyone, & never doubted me, even though I doubted myself. She's always been there for me, and even though our lives are hectic, chaotic, and sometimes crazy, she always makes me smile when I see her beautiful face:)
So, I'm starting my own tradition, and each week I am selecting a quote from someone who is an inspiration in my life. It's most fitting, that this week it's from the lady who started the tradition with me, many years ago. I love you LynnBug.....you are the greatest:)

Madison & Tristan's Birthday.....

......my cousins, Madison & Tristan, celebrated their birthdays together this past weekend. They decided on a pool party at Shiny's house in Westwood, so all the kids could swim.
They both wanted vanilla cake, but Maddie wanted chocolate icing, and Tristan wanted vanilla:)

SunDrop Cookies.....

for "Unkie" Wilson Wanamaker. Auntie Pris asked me to make these adorable "SUNDROP" sugar cookies for her, to have at his "40years with Dr.Pepper Celebration" today!

I had to hand-cut each one, because I didn't have a bottle cookie cutter. I think they turned out adorable:)

Please Pray.......

Please remember to keep my "MIL", Brenda Wanamaker in your prayers. PaHal called us this morning, & said she woke up around 2a.m. with sharp pains in her arm and was having chest pains.

He took her to the ER, & they kept her stable in ICU until they could contact her heart doctor at St. Thomas. She has always had heart problems, beginning in 1980's with her first open-heart surgery, then another in the late 1990's to replace artificial valves.

The doctor had her rushed to St.Thomas a couple of hours ago......possible blockage in arteries....not really sure until she gets there and more tests are run.
